Uses

Dosage
Consult your doctor about the recommended dosage. ED patients typically take one dose of 50mg once a day.

Side effects

- alpha blockers.
- bosentan.
- drugs used for fungal infections such as fluconazole, ketoconazole.
- HIV treatment drugs.
- rifabutin.
- cisapride.
- grapefruit juice.
